Warranty Coverage


Our warranty covers any factory defects or damage that occurs during shipping. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will promptly review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Conditions Not Covered

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

* Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (including wind, rain, snow, or sun exposure).
* Damage due to misuse, improper setup, or storage.
* Normal wear and tear or fading resulting from regular outdoor use.
* Any circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents or natural disasters.

Return Policy


Because all of our canopy tents and printed products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that are free of manufacturing defects. We highly recommend reviewing all artwork proofs carefully before production to ensure your order meets your expectations.

Please note that once a mockup has been created by our design team, the $100 design deposit becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the order proceeds to production.
