Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and shipped.

Order Processing & Shipping

All of our products are custom-made to order. Production begins only after artwork approval and full or applicable payment is received. Once production is completed, orders are shipped using third-party carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight services, depending on the product and destination.

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Carriers

All shipments are handled by independent, third-party carriers. These carriers are separate companies, and we do not control their operations, delivery schedules, or handling procedures.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or service issues caused by the carrier, including weather delays, labor issues, routing errors, or delivery exceptions.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Packages left unattended

  • Delivery to shared spaces such as mailrooms, offices, or reception areas

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

We strongly recommend arranging delivery to a secure location or ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping Damage or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Please contact us at orders@notionworx.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged items

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, or any circumstances beyond our control.
